Hours and Scheduling

SCHEDULE NOW: Using the widget above, choose the appointment type that you wish to have. You will then be able to add to that appointment by clicking Add Another. After you have chosen your appointment type, you can then choose your appointment time or your therapist, or both. After you hit submit, you will be sent an email which will have a link in it. Your appointment will not be requested until you click that link confirming your email is correct. Once your email is confirmed, we will receive a request for your appointment time and service. Once we have approved your appointment you will receive an EMAIL CONFIRMATION. Your appointment IS NOT CONFIRMED until you receive that email confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of requesting an appointment, please call or text us at 251-616-4201. We return texts between appointments as we are able, but do not return calls until the end of the day. Thanks!
 
Monday through Friday - I leave early on Mondays and Fridays and take my lunch from 2:30 to 3:30, but, I do have another therapist on call for Mondays, Fridays, some Saturdays and Couples Massages. I ONLY take 5 sessions a day, once those sessions are filled all other openings are considered filled. 
 
Saturdays are By appointment only with advance notice, and I only work 2 Saturdays a month which includes events and classes. 
 
I AM CURRENTLY BOOKING OUT 2 to 2.5 weeks in advance. Last minute appointments are extremely rare. Same day appointments are even more rare. If you need an appointment during hours not listed, call me and we may be able to make arrangements.  
 
 
Value of Time
I value your time and know that it is a precious commodity in today's world. As such, when you book an hour, I schedule you for an hour on the table in addition to 10 minutes to discuss your needs. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so I can ensure that all of your needs are taken care of during your session. 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. So long as 24 hour notice is given, Gift Certificates and Discount Coupons will remain valid. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Gift Certificates will be assumed to be used in full. Upon rebooking, you will be asked to pay 50% of the session in advance or reserve using a credit card. 


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
